How to sell with us?

Step 1:

After reviewing the available properties, the buyer contacts us by phone or fills out the contact form.

Step 2:

The buyer schedules a property viewing, after which they assess the physical condition of the property and review the required documentation.

Step 3:

This is followed by an agreement on the purchase price and payment terms (final price, timelines, handover conditions, deposit), after which the property purchase agreement is prepared and notarised.

Step 4:

After payment is completed, the seller issues a title transfer statement allowing the registration of ownership. With the purchase agreement and the title transfer statement, the buyer submits a request to register ownership in the land registry. This can be done in person at the land registry office or through the e-Citizens system.

Step 5:

After the registration is completed, the buyer becomes the official owner of the property. The buyer is required to report the purchase to the tax authority within 30 days of signing the agreement. The tax amounts to 3% of the purchase price.
